1. Barcode is an essential aspect for shipments. Inventory control in various stores/warehouses in all over the world is based on Barcode scanning and a failure of any kind in this aspect can lead to a heavy financial claims.
2. Calibration Reference: Before bulk checking, check from original calibration reference, available in Barcode Scanning Dept.
3. We need to carry out scanning at different stages of inspection. During the receipt stage, a 10% (Minimum 5 Pcs) sample check is carried out of all barcode stickers and subsequently during the Final stage of inspection at AQL 2.5. The scanning record is maintained in the computer and documentation record of checking is maintained in the Bar code scanning file.
