Authority to release the shipment: Factory Manager (Mr. T.R. Meena). In his absence (authority will be delegated to): QC Manager (Mr. Surinder Kumar Rout)
Procedure:
The authority will ensure that the following actions have been completed.
A. Quality Checks
1. Inline Inspection
2. Field Inspection
3. Final Inspection
B. Third Party Inspection Approval (If required)
C. Export Documents
D. Sign the shipment release approval form
Note: The format made has to be duly checked, verified & signed by the authority people mentioned above before actual dispatch of goods.
